'Naked' Soy Pillar Candles
Alice's Aromarama makes 2 standard sizes of our planet friendly'naked' pillar candles in a variety of colors, scents, and textures. Higher temperature melt point soy wax means a longer burn time and less scent "throw".
These are all soy wax candles, hemp wicks, scented with various essential oils, candy flavor oils, botanicals such as cinnamon sticks, or resins such as amber or vanillin.
Two standard sizes are: 3"x7" & 4"x6".
These candles must be placed on a non-flammable surface to burn, but are made solid enough not to form a puddle, although some drips may occur. The lumps and chunks burn unevenly and as the fissures form near the top wax may stream down the sides to an interesting effect. These are long burning and unique artisan candles. If you prefer uniformity these candles may demand too much of an interactive relationship with you. Trim the wick as needed.
SOY PILLAR CANDLE INFO
- Soy wax is biodegradable and plant-based.Hemp remains upright in the wax without a zinc/lead core, so there are no metal fumes, or off-gassing of petro-chemicals.
- Hemp is an earth sustainable plant fiber, it is irregular and not suitable for factory level candle production. Paper core wicks often burn up and disappear in an air gap, but the hemp wick remains lit and does not drown in the wax.
- Pillar candles are long burning.
- These pillar candles are essentially "naked" and need to be placed on a fireproof surface to burn safely.
- We make 2 standard sizes: the 3"x7" fit nicely on a saucer, and the 4"x6" ones fit well on a pie plate. At events and outdoor markets we often place them on vintage china.

Returns: Must be requested within 10 days of the receipt of items. The returned products must be received in good condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will credit your purchase via the Paypal gateway.
- Handmade Items: Please expect some variation in items made by hand. Colors and configuration may not be exactly as shown in the picture.
- Candles are handmade/hand poured, not factory molded. Expect rustic lumps and bumps, these are purposeful, we like how we do it.
- Soy wax may 'cloud' over time {like chocolate} with exposure to moist air which is a common condition in the Pacific Northwest.
- Dimensions are approximate; descriptions are essentially accurate.
- Body care items such as soap, lotions, and products with liquid contents are not returnable. If you have a problem related to any of these, please email alice@aromawonderland.com. We have improved our mailing packages to minimize the possibility of spilled contents.
- Damages: Retain merchandise and packaging for inspection and/or return. Or email/text a picture.
