Sai Baba Variety Stick [5 boxes]

• Agarbathies, punks, koh, or joss are all names of incense stick styles.
• The sticks are convenient because you can stick them in a planter, or an incense holder. A wine glass or bowl with salt also makes a useful incense holder.
• Our imported incense mainly comes from India, Nepal or China.
• Indian stick incense typically has a central core of thin bamboo dipped in a 'masala' of resins and fragrance that are cured and dry. These tend to have a sandalwood or cedar base scent to them and a fragrance that clings.
• Japanese style 'koh' sticks tend to be very slender with finer aromas that smell like rosewood or aloeswood.
• Tibetan or Nepalese style incense is a more rustic thicker stick with a red sandal or cedar like base wood and various herbal danker notes.
• Cone incense also does not have a stick in the middle, so there is no wood smoke, it is all incense.
• When incense is not fully cured [wet] you may have to relight it. If it is really old it will not have a strong fragrance.
• In the package it has a shelf life of well over a year.

Returns: Must be requested within 10 days of the receipt of items. The returned products must be received in good condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will credit your purchase via the Paypal gateway.

• Handmade Items: Please expect some variation in items made by hand. Colors and configuration may not be exactly as shown in the picture.
• Candles are handmade/hand poured, not factory molded. Expect rustic lumps and bumps, these are purposeful, we like how we do it.
• Soy wax may 'cloud' over time {like chocolate} with exposure to moist air which is a common condition in the Pacific Northwest.
• Dimensions are approximate;  descriptions are essentially accurate. 
• Body care items such as soap, lotions, and products with liquid contents are not returnable. If you have a problem related to any of these, please email alice@aromawonderland.com. We have improved our mailing packages to minimize the possibility of spilled contents.
• Damages: Retain merchandise and packaging for inspection and/or return. Or email/text a picture.
